fix(DSL): 南昌per_wildcard_in_win 1→2(精=2子)

南昌麻将: 每张精+2子,非+1番。鸡胡=1子,2张精=4子,
庄家点炮×2 → (1+4)×2=10。修复前per_wildcard=1→(1+2)×2=6过低
